Duties
  • Serve as technical lead for University portal implementation
  • Configure, administer, and maintain University portal servers
  • Develop specifications and code for custom procedures related to portal administration, diagnosis, and troubleshooting
  • Install, administer and maintain issue tracking system to manage and audit change control
  • Liaise with application vendors
