I am a member of several professional organizations.

I was also a member of these organizations before they were acquired or dissolved.

I was elected to serve as the itSMF USA Higher Education Special Interest Group President-Elect for 2015.  We transitioned to a Community of Interest in mid-2015.  I served as the Community Manager for 2016.  I was also appointed to fill a vacancy on the itSMF USA Board of Directors for 2017.

I am active in several EDUCAUSE Community Groups, including ITSM, IT Support, and IT Metrics among others.  I have presented at the 2017 EDUCAUSE Connect event in Chicago.  I have also served as a proposal reviewer for the EDUCAUSE annual conference (see badges).
