  • Supervise and direct student aides; direct desktop technicians
  • Liaise with vendors
  • Assist with technology purchasing guidelines and procedures
  • Provide Level 2 support for the University
  • Configure, support, and administer various IT systems, including:
    • Remedy SDE
    • KACE K1000, K2000
    • BeyondTrust Remote Support (formerly Bomgar)
    • JAMF Pro
    • Blackboard Transaction System
    • AMAG access control system
    • IDMS card production system
  • Monitor and act on infection reports from Symantec Endpoint Protection console
  • Daily use of Remedy SDE, KACE ticket systems for incident management and statistical analysis
  • Phone and hands-on user support for hardware, operating system, network, and application issues
  • Phone and hands-on hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis
  • Develop technical reference material
  • Implementation lead for:
    • KACE K1000
    • KACE K2000
    • Bomgar
    • JAMF Pro
