Duties
  • Serve as technical lead for University portal implementation
  • Configure, administer, and maintain University portal servers
  • Develop specifications and code for custom procedures related to portal administration, diagnosis, troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain custom code for extracting and moving data from ERP in an Oracle database
  • Serve as technical lead on University identity management projects
  • Technical support of University card systems (including dining, vending, access control)
  • Implement and administer web-based technical documentation system
  • Administer and maintain issue tracking system to manage and audit change control
  • Liaise with application vendors
